Do what makes you come ALIVE moment by moment

Good evening world! animated-mermaid-image-0020

I have just watched the below video of Oprah and the poet Mark Nepo that gives the clue to being most alive and happy in life. And that clue is doing the thing that makes you come alive in any moment.

Life is dynamic, so what makes us come alive should naturally be changing. So as a principle, Mark suggests in below video that if doing something makes you feel alive, just do it and do not try to become the doer of that thing. For example, he says, “If you love singing, just sing and do not try to become a singer!“.

Listening to this simple, yet profound advice, has just resolved a lot of unclarity and undecisiveness at my end. For instance, I should keep writing my blog posts just because I love writing them and not try in any way to become a successful blogger. If writing takes me there, so be it! Otherwise, I am just happy to be writing and sharing with you.

So now you go ahead and listen to the pearl of wisdom for yourself! It’s a 2min 35mins well invested.

Changing our STORIES to heal & liberate

Good day world! How you all doing? a5080d051bc207b2b13200a1892b3c10

I just watched below profound session of Oprah‘s Life Class with Iyanla Vanzant. The subject matter of the session is “Stopping the Pain” and after finishing the whole 81min show, now I am standing in ovation for the whole experience.

The key lesson is that the stories we keep telling ourselves cause the actual pains and as soon as we see through the old stories and discard and replace them with new stories, the pain naturally stops and healing takes place.

Some of the demonstrations in this video are done with people with extreme conditions or situations; however, I guarantee that you will find some parts of yourself in everyone’s story. So please watch it and let its magic heal and liberate you for good.

Dreams never die

Good morning world! 88bf6965339798537ec5c707c0562a5d

For the dream-chasers and not-chasers, I have found a great video explaining how dreams don’t die, but stay deep within us torturning us. So the only choice is to line up with our dreams. And I am sharing it because I really needed to hear it, that’s why I found it. And I trust that listening to workshop of Abraham will also help line you up with your dreams.

How to FORGIVE anyone?

Hello my friends! animated-gif-hello-images-glitter-34

Two days ago I shared a video that communicated how important forgiving is and how unforgiving is a cancer in the soul. Then last night I found a powerful video that demonstrates how forgiveness is actually done. And it turns out that when we acknowledge the fact that the other person did the best s/he could possibly do, UNforgiveness just happens to evaporate away instantly.

So please enjoy the powerful demonstration:

What is my PURPOSE in life?

Good evening everyone! 7a5cf6c795accd381cd12f4cd071e798

Watching below lesson of Bishop T.D. Jakes made me once again ask myself the question “What is my purpose in life?” Sometimes I feel like I know it, but other times it seems like I don’t. So I am asking it aloud once again so that I can receive the real answer once and for all.

And do you know your purpose in life? If you are doubtful like me, please go ahead and listen to what Bishop T.D.Jakes has to say. (I especially like the archery analogy part.)

And another source defines purpose as below. 2

It is simple, yet very profound, I think.

Unforgiveness is like a Cancer

Good day world!

Hope all is well with you. At my end, I keep walking on the forgiveness journey and I just run into a short discussion of Bishop T.D. Jakes with Oprah, in which he explains how unforgiveness becomes a cancer in our souls and spreads to poison different areas of our lives.

I, for one, have experienced its truth; therefore, I want you to find out if there is anyone in your life, whom you need to forgive and come to peace with (hopefully appreciation too). Otherwise, unchecked, the cancer could be doing anything that you may not be aware of…

And by the way, if you can’t apologize to the person for some reason, like that person is passed away or lost touch with etc, you can at least send them the following message through your thoughts, you know.

As I Began to Love Myself

As I Began to Love Myselfby Charlie Chaplin

tumblr_o5r8ou7N4H1rdfgw4o1_500

As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering

are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.
Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody
As I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time
was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this
person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”.

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life,
and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.
Today I call it “MATURITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance,
I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens
at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm.
Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

As I began to love myself I quit steeling my own time,
and I stopped designing huge projects for the future.
Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do
and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in
my own rhythm. Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for
my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew
me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude
a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since
I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worry
about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where EVERYTHING
is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me
and it can make me sick. But As I connected it to my heart, my
mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this
connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems
with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing
new worlds are born. Today I know THAT IS “LIFE”!
