This is to let the world know that I am getting on a “No Bread Week” challenge. What happened is that this Monday, when I went for my grocery shopping, I forgot to buy bread. And while I have been meaning to go out and buy one, 2 more days have passed.
Then today an interesting idea occurred to me and that is “What if I stop eating bread altogether?” With a little exaggeration, I think there hasn’t been a day in my life when I didn’t eat bread. So why not give it a try once?… I know that it is possible because I do know some people, who don’t eat bread and they survive…
Then I YouTubed to see if there is anybody, who has a word to say about it and I found Terry, who encourages the idea in below video. So I am going to try not eating bread for a week and see if that’s something I can live with for the rest of my life.
Yummy … Today I made delicious Blackberry cobbler. My husband had a half of it before I took a picture of it.;)
On the below is my tutorial. Make your own one. I am certain that you will love it.
Today I baked one of the healthiest desert, sweet potatoes baked on fire. Sweet potatoes with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon toppings.
What’s beneficial about sweet potato is coming soon.
Saturdays are my days for grocery shopping, so this morning I got up with not much in the fridge. There were only 3 types of cheese, 3 eggs and some green olives. So remembering that Linda had cooked an apple pie with a YouTube video, I typed “scrambled eggs” on YouTube to see what comes up.
Then Jamie Oliver’s below video caught my attention and I ended up making an American-style scrambled egg with a Turkish goat cheese and green olives. And I blushingly admit that it is the 1st time I have ever made a scrambled egg and I just fell for this tutorial. And of course my simple breakfast tasted awesome!
Today I made my first apple pie ever. Improving my cooking skill and master in various regions’ different kinds of food is my one of year 2016 goals. In addition, cooking ourselves increases eating healthier and more appreciative way.
My apple pie made by the following youtube tutorial. As my today’s tutor Jenny says, if we make apple pie, people will quickly show up. 🙂

I found a Food Bloggers’ Platform (thanks to http://cookingwithawallflower.com/ who liked my Sunday Brunch Custom diary post), where Food Bloggers share their creations and recipes. Below are the 2 most popular platforms and press on the icons to access them. And good luck with the Cooking Skills! 🙂
This is how the App looks I believe.
