Apple pie – Cooking No.1 – 10.03.16

IMG_0040Today I made my first apple pie ever. Improving my cooking skill and master in various regions’ different kinds of food is my one of year 2016 goals. In addition, cooking ourselves increases eating healthier and more appreciative way.

My apple pie made by the following youtube tutorial. As my today’s tutor Jenny says, if we make apple pie, people will quickly show up. 🙂

She shows how to make a healthier apple pie with no butter, a delicious golden crust, packed with tons of apples.

Ingredients for crust:

  1. Flour – 2 and half cups
  2. Sugar – 2 t.spoon
  3. Salt – 1/2 t.spoon
  4. Milk – 1/2 cup
  5. Oil – 1/2 cup

Ingredients for pie:

  1. Apple – 3 pounds
  2. Sugar – 3/4 cup
  3. Tapioca/or flour – 3 t.spoon
  4. Cinnamon – 1/2 t.spoon
  5. Nut meg – 1/4 t.spoon
