Butt Lift: Day 4 0f 30

This morning I woke up with a very sore butt like I have had a vaccination in my butt. So obviously yesterday’s sprinting butt workout has been very effective. So I kept up the good work today again. (By the way this morning my legs looked really gorgeous. Hence I picked this photo.)
