Butt Lift – Day 1 0f 30

Day 1 of my 30-day Butt Lift workout was GREAT! Besides butt workouts, I did my daily ab workout. For me there can’t be a workout without ab challenges. I did lowerback workout as well. And of course I did warm up and cardio exercises that got me tuned into my body and spreaded endrophin juices throughout my whole body.
