Today I had a sweating sexy workout at my gym. In fact, every Monday between 6-7pm you can find me there. I like group workouts with an instructor for its intensity. And truly my favorite pain now is in the muscles after a consistent workout. The type of pain is terrible when you take a break and return, or at the very beginning. But once you get consistent, the muscle pain has an endorphin component in it, so you feel pleasure and grow to get addicted to it.
